- We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, then you are able to return most purchases. Your return item should be in new, unused condition, with the original tags still attached and/or in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment date. Your refund will be given in the form of your original payment.
- We do not pay for your return shipping cost. Original shipping fees on your order will not be refunded. If your initial order qualified for free shipping and you return part of the order, then it could take the purchase under the amount that would have qualified for free shipping. In that situation, the return total will be adjusted to the $4.99 flat rate shipping fee.
- Personal Best Swim Shop will only give a refund for authorized returns. If you wish to make a return, please email us for an RA # (Return Authorization Number), and let us know the reason for your return. Please include this number in your return package. If you send a return without the RA#, we will subtract a 20% restocking fee from the price of your original purchase.
- You are free to ship your return via the carrier of your choice. For your own protection, we suggest that you purchase insurance and/or tracking on the package you are returning to us. Save the shipping receipt until you have received your refund.
- Returns will not be accepted on any items that have been personalized.
- If you receive an item that you believe is defective, please contact us immediately.
- We do not accept returns on Technical Racing Suits. Technical suit sales are final. Our technical swim suits are closely examined for defects before they are shipped.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed at Personal Best Swim Shop. It could take up to 30 days for it to appear as a credit on your credit card statement.
- Grab Bag Suits and Clearance Items are final sales and returns will not be accepted. These items are indicated by prices that end in $.91.
- Returns on items purchased at one of our retail locations or at a swim meet cannot be accepted by our online store.

- The return process takes several days, from the time you initiate the return, until we authorize your return and finally issue your refund. For this reason we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, return your original item for a refund. While waiting for your refund, place a new order.
